Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Build and manage an innovation incubation pipeline for emerging technologies
- Present compelling future scenarios to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-focused projects
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in futures studies, design thinking, or strategic foresight
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
