- Conduct rigorous market research on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships in the emerging tech space.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations or defining product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Architecture.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
