Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso techniques and specialty brewing methods with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee mastery and service excellence
- Develop seasonal menu innovations featuring local ingredients
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and equipment
- Curate personalized guest experiences through product knowledge
- Uphold cleanliness and operational standards in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with chefs on coffee-pairing experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing science
- Proven leadership ability in high-volume service environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic inventory management experience
