Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about coffee origins
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to optimize daily operations during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and light food offerings
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional coffee preparation experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
