Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques (pour-over, espresso, latte art)
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage recipes and customer service standards
- Manage inventory ordering and maintain pristine equipment sanitation
- Develop seasonal drink menus and conduct staff tastings
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
- Uphold food safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience
- Advanced latte art certification preferred
- ServSafe Food Handler certification required
- Proven ability to train staff effectively
- Exceptional multitasking in high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and brewing science
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
