- Execute complex espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and specialty ingredients
- Develop seasonal drink menus incorporating local Minnesota ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and service areas
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with management to optimize daily operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership abilities with training experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods
