Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize daily operations
- Source and present quality bakery items and light food offerings
- Support inventory management and order supplies as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
