Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages per customer specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive cafe atmosphere
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and early mornings
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
