Responsibilities
- Master espresso preparation and latte art for 200+ daily customers
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee techniques and service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal beverage menus using local roasters
- Ensure seamless POS operations and cash handling accuracy
- Uphold stringent hygiene and safety protocols
- Drive community engagement through coffee workshops and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Latte art certification preferred (SCA or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in F&B settings
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of specialty coffee sourcing and sustainability practices
- Ability to work high-volume shifts with precision and grace
- Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Permit (WA State)
