Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage recipes and customer service standards
- Manage daily inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service and conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with management to optimize store operations and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proven ability to lead teams and train staff
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and latte art
- Exceptional interpersonal and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
