Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on menu knowledge, equipment operation, and service standards
- Manage daily inventory, order supplies, and maintain pristine workspace hygiene
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and upsell seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless food/beverage integration
- Implement visual merchandising to enhance café ambiance and brand presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proven leadership skills in team training and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid Florida Food Handler's License required
