Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the core infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead a team of senior engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of software security, scalability, and reliability principles.
