Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on high-performance AI and edge computing.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns across the engineering team.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical deep-dives to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects or research initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
