Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Spearhead the technical strategy for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale distributed AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, focusing on reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior machine learning or AI architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- 2026 Readiness: Proven experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and building agentic AI systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus.
