Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in researching and implementing cutting-edge deep learning models.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling massive data streams in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of neural networks for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency, adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of developing advanced NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning models.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical executives.
