Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define and execute the AI roadmap.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all AI infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on quantum computing integration and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
