Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale deployments in 2026.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Program, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Backend, DevOps) to integrate complex machine learning models into production environments.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical debt assessments to maintain system integrity.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in system architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical challenges and delivering on-time, high-quality products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
