Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on next-gen predictive models and generative systems.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts to pioneer novel algorithms that define the technological landscape for the year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing in cloud-native environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leadership to align AI capabilities with business goals and user experience design.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray) is essential.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current limitations and prototype futuristic solutions (e.g., AGI interfaces, quantum-ready AI architectures).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
