Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Lead a team of ML engineers to develop autonomous agents for complex problem-solving.
- Define technical roadmaps for the integration of multimodal AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic workflows or autonomous agents.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
