Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently using our ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Perform remote troubleshooting sessions for employees working from home or off-site.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and software changes in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Senior Engineering team to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing support.
- Ability to work independently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional on-site visits.
