As a key member of our support team, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance to our diverse client base, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy during evening hours.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless service continuity during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
