Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications including operating systems, office suites, and specialized business tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and software errors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory and cloud-based systems.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and systems during office rollouts or employee onboarding.
  • Document all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for technical improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Students currently enrolled are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
