Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users via ticketing system.
- Configure workstations, printers, and network devices for new employees.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during the evening shift.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and procedures in the IT Knowledge Base.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and spare parts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Previous experience in Technical Support or Help Desk is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during evening hours.
