- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic tech roles
- Proven track record leading breakthrough projects in exponential technologies
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy for emerging tech
