Qualifications

- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Systems Engineering)
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and academic institutions
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
