- Design adaptive organizational blueprints for AI-human symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Present foresight findings to global industry forums and policy makers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis in APAC/EMEA markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
