Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology strategy and innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI, with regular progress reporting to stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital and startup ecosystems to scout and integrate transformative technologies
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous innovation
- Represent the company at industry forums, shaping discourse on future tech standards and ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M with measurable innovation outcomes
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
