Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper labeling of products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
