- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic receiving and putaway processes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment dispatch
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
