Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established SLAs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all support cases.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance during evening shifts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or customer support environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
