Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event check-ins and information stations
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event equipment and décor
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special accommodations
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite management teams
- Enforce venue policies and resolve guest inquiries professionally

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
