Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Operate specialized event equipment (AV setups, staging, registration systems)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with venue teams and vendors to ensure operational readiness
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling (nights/weekends)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
