Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup/breakdown including staging, seating, and equipment assembly
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticket verification, wayfinding, and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols to ensure attendee security
- Collaborate with vendors and venue staff for coordinated event execution
- Manage inventory distribution (swag bags, programs, promotional materials)
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Strong communication skills with approachable, customer-focused demeanor
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques preferred
- Valid photo ID required for all assignments
- Previous hospitality or event experience a plus
- Must pass mandatory background screening
