Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Set up and break down event equipment including signage, barriers, and staging
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support during events
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Monitor inventory and supplies during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain a secure environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or event management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
