Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures efficiently
- Direct attendees to venues, seating areas, and amenities
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue cleanliness
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams
- Uphold brand standards and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures preferred
