Responsibilities
- Execute event setups, teardowns, and logistics according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Monitor event spaces for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with grace under pressure
- Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
