Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate ticket scanning systems and manage attendee check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event setup/teardown
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with short notice
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic familiarity with mobile device operations (ticket scanning apps)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to multiple Columbus locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
