Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and equipment
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista tools
- Assist with inventory management and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in creating seasonal beverage menus
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Flexibility with morning/evening/weekend shifts
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
