Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, operating systems, and network connectivity for remote and on-site clients.
- Incident Management: Log and track all technical support tickets using our Service Desk software, ensuring a high resolution rate.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, concise, and patient technical guidance to non-technical users via phone and email during evening hours.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine software updates, patch management, and hardware inspections to prevent downtime.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the morning team to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends as required.
