Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to management promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (3-7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Previous stocker/warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
