Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram guidelines
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Rotate stock to ensure proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures
- Perform quality checks on products and report damaged items promptly
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in price marking and promotional signage setup
- Complete daily stocking reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tracking and price verification
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
