Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to company standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store readiness for opening
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and price tag updates as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to store management
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
