Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 staff members during evening and weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards across all departments
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and security protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Train staff on new procedures and service excellence initiatives
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality management with night shift experience
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Strong financial acumen for budget oversight and P&L awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions
- Valid North Carolina food handler certification
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
