Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and dining teams
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
- Assist with valet services and lobby operations during peak hours
- Participate in evening shift rotations and weekend coverage
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with payment systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
