Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures during evening/weekend shifts
- Coordinate front desk operations including reservations and inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain service standards
- Assist with basic housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with security team for weekend crowd management

Qualifications
