Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and waitlists during peak hours
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of lobby and dining areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
