Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our digital systems
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness during shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless event support
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Implement company standards for hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation required
