Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in processes
- Manage event flow and maintain crowd control
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints
- Collaborate with team to ensure flawless event execution
- Assist with setup/teardown and venue logistics
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Previous hospitality/event experience preferred
