Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in fast-paced evening/weekend environments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Prepare and present high-quality food/beverage offerings during peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards across all service areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with POS technology and digital reservation systems
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
