Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Manage evening operations including front desk duties and concierge services
- Prepare and serve evening amenities (e.g., turndown service, welcome drinks)
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure safety and security standards are upheld during all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
